Yeah there is a lot of potential and content present in the game but its still far from completion. Dev said he wants to complete the game by this year but I honestly want him to take more time to flesh out this game.

I wasn't feeling well in March, so I didn't have enough to release publicly in April.
So I've decided to take some time off in April to rest, catch up on updates and make some plans.
I'm going to use April to catch up on things and then release a public version in early May.
Probably May 5th.
This is my first and only "real" break in a year, so please bear with me.

tomie academy life game is on pause? i couldnt find its f95zone page, latest version is still 0.2912?
Yes academy life is on indefinite pause until this game is finished. After that ollane might work on the next project Tomie in oddland.

If you have Exhibitionist skill Tomie can expose her panties, or even work without panties, in the Cafe. Work every day and it builds up corruption.
You could try praying in the church but I would just recommend using the cheats for now... you can tag ollane the dev and ask him this question too.

There is a recent post on patreon about the next project and future plans but I'm not a sub so I can't tell exactly what it says. I'm just quoting on dev's previous responses and the general sentiment on this forum that its oddland after twgm for sure.
